Trailside Birding Program

Please Join the Appalachian Mountain Club on April 25th at the Curtis Memorial Library at 7 pm for a presentation of Trailside Birding. Trailside Birding is a crash course in observing and enjoying birds while out on the trail this season. We will learn about common habitats and bird species found on trails in Maine, tools to observe them, and tips to help tell them apart from each other, including some practice identifying birds by their songs, and a discussion of the threats many of these species face.
