“Million Moment Mission” To Get People Outside

Maine’s own outdoor retailer L.L. Bean is being faithful to its founder’s belief that being outdoors is “fundamental to happiness.” They are putting their dollars where their mouth is by donating up to $1 million dollars to the National Park Foundation. L.L. Bean will donate $1 dollar for every story, photo, or outdoor related idea shared on-line. The overall goal is to increase outdoor family recreation and get children to visit our national parks.
