Beer Hiking New England

Please join the AMC Maine Chapter on April 4th, 7:00 – 8:00 pm, for an in-person program at the Curtis Memorial Library in Brunswick, Maine. Well-known author and AMC member Carey Kish will discuss his latest book, Beer Hiking in New England (2023). Carey is the editor of Appalachian Mountain Club Maine Mountain Guide and author of AMC’s Best Day Hikes along the Maine Coast. He is a hiker extraordinaire, having thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail (twice), the Pacific Coast Trail, and the Florida Trail. In Beer Hiking New England, he continues to share his abundant knowledge of hiking, plus the addition of enjoying a craft beer after each hike. We will not enjoy a beer together at the Curtis Memorial library but will leave knowing where to find a brewery after a day hike in New England.
This talk will also be broadcast live over zoom for those who cannot attend in person. Registration is required for the zoom broadcast only.
