AMC’s Fall Gathering

Join AMC for its annual Fall Gathering, this year hosted by the New York-North Jersey Chapter on October 19-21. The weekend gathering will be based at the Greenkill YMCA Retreat Center in Huguenot, NY nestled between the foothills of the Catskill Mountains and the Delaware River. This part of the Chapter’s 100th Anniversary year! The weekend-long celebration includes fun outdoor activities, family events, a gear swap & sale, presentations, meetings, and is a chance for all AMC members and friends from Maine to Virginia to connect and share the camaraderie. By day, explore miles of hiking trails, lush forests and bike paths while surrounded by lovely fall foliage. Glide along the waters of the Delaware River or quiet streams and lakes. Discover the wondrous Ice Caves and waterfalls of Sam’s Point Preserve. Learn about the geology of this unique area. At night, enjoy live entertainment and exchange stories over dinner or around the campfire. Please register by October 1.
