Maine Chapter Weekend in Evans Notch

Join us at AMC’s Cold River Camp where they have great cabins for singles, couples and families. The rate is $65 per adult per night with all meals ($75 for non-members). Or you can stay at any of the 4 White Mountain National Forest Campgrounds in the area (Basin, Wild River, Cold River or Hastings). There are many hiking options available in the area including the Deer Hills, Speckled, Caribou, Bald Face, Royce Mts., The Roost and the Wild River Trails. Check out the calendar for a list of outings we have already posted. This is a great time to enjoy the area after the bugs are gone. You can hike on the Maine side or the New Hampshire side, flat hikes or challenging terrain or just spend time fishing. Or join us for a paddle or bike ride as well.
