2022 Maine Chapter Annual Meeting. Reservations for dinner closed on 11/1/2022.

This years annual meeting will be in person at the at Pineland Farms in New Gloucester on November 12 starting at 5 PM.  A social hour and catered dinner will be followed by the business meeting, recognition of volunteers, and an AMC speaker. The featured speaker for the evening is Enock Glidden from Bethel, who will talk about his adventures climbing El Capitan and evaluating trails for accessibility.

Reservations for the dinner will close on Tuesday November 1, 2022. Everyone who attends the dinner will get a ticket to enter into the raffle; the raffle prize is one night at the Maine AMC

Registration for the dinner closed on November 1.  Please note, there was not a confirmation email sent out, if you verify PayPal or Venmo was paid to the AMC Maine Chapter, then you have signed up.

Schedule:

• 5:00 to 7:00 PM Social Hour and Dinner.  (Open to registrants)
• 7:00 PM Business Meeting and Featured Speaker Enock Glidden. (Open to public)

About Enock:

Born with Spina Bifida, Enock is an athlete, adventurer, motivational speaker and advocate for others with disabilities. Despite not having the use of his legs, Enock has lived to overcome life’s challenges, breaking physical barriers and defying odds – including climbing the sheer face of Yosemite’s iconic El Capitan.

In addition to his athletic achievements, Enock is an activist and advocate for better accessibility in the outdoors and is working to assess trails and provide tips for every type of hiker.
